    The Strength & Flow Membership gives you unlimited access to all of our women’s-only Strength & Flow classes at Fight Surf. Led by Coach Heather, this program is designed to build strength, improve movement quality, and create a well-rounded, balanced training routine in a supportive, high-energy environment.

    Each class format targets a specific focus, allowing you to train with intention throughout the week:

    Uplift – Upper body strength and stability

    Foundations – Lower body strength with an emphasis on mobility and movement quality

    Centered – Core strength, balance, and control

    Endurance – Full-body conditioning and muscular endurance

    Whether you’re just getting started or already training consistently, this membership gives you the flexibility to show up, train hard, and progress at your own pace.

    Optional Add-On:

    Upgrade your membership to include our Women’s Only Kickboxing Class, held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM—perfect for building striking skills, boosting conditioning, and adding a high-energy edge to your training.

    WHAT WE TRAIN:

    Catch Wrestling, or Catch as Catch Can, is an aggressive grappling style that emphasizes controlling an opponent, with the ability to win a match by pin or submission.

    Muay Thai, which translates to “Thai Boxing”, is the national sport of Thailand. Known as the “Art of 8 limbs”, Muay Thai makes use of 8 points of contact: punches, elbows, knees and kicks.

    Clinching, sweeps and throws are also skills that are utilized in the art of Muay Thai.

    The SPF 100 Membership focuses on surf/sport specific movements. It is designed to help your entire body FLOW, specifically with the goal of reducing injuries caused by repetitive movements. We also will focus on improving your overall SPEED and POWER so that no matter what sport you train, you are well rounded and move efficiently. This program is for every athlete. If you want to be the best, train for everything.
