UPLIFT: Upper Body Strength & Mobility
A welcoming strength class focused on building upper body strength, improving posture, and keeping shoulders healthy. Movements are coached, controlled, and fully adjustable for all levels.(Ladies Only)
CENTERED: Core Strength
A supportive core focused class designed to improve stability, balance, and posture. Emphasis is on control and strength rather than intensity. Accessible and appropriate for all fitness levels.(Ladies Only)
FOUNDATIONS: Lower Body Strength & Mobility
A lower body class focused on building strong hips and legs while maintaining mobility and joint health. Exercises are coached and scalable to support confidence and long term strength.(Ladies Only)
ENDURANCE: Full Body Strength & Conditioning
A balanced full body class combining strength and light conditioning. Designed to improve stamina and overall fitness without feeling overwhelming. All movements can be modified for any level. (Ladies Only)
spf 100: Power & Flow Classes
SPF 100 Power & Flow is a strength and movement class built for athletes who want to train smarter. SPF 100 (Strength, Performance, and Flow) is designed to prevent injury and combat overuse from sport. This class blends powerful functional strength with mobility and fluid movement to help you surf or move better, faster, and with more control. Expect intentional training that builds resilience, improves performance, and reduces your risk of injury. (Limited class size)
WOMEN’S ONLY Kickboxing (Add-on class)
A women only kickboxing class focused on technique, confidence, and conditioning in a supportive environment. No sparring. No experience required.
FIGHT : Athletic CONDITIONING
A higher intensity conditioning class designed to support fight training and athletic performance. Best suited for members comfortable with challenging workouts.
MUAY THAI (Fight Training Membership)
Muay Thai, which translates to “Thai Boxing”, is the national sport of Thailand. Known as the “Art of 8 limbs”, Muay Thai makes use of 8 points of contact: punches, elbows, knees and kicks.
Clinching, sweeps and throws are also skills that are utilized in the art of Muay Thai.
CATCH WRESTLING (Fight training Membership)
Catch Wrestling, or Catch as Catch Can, is an aggressive grappling style that emphasizes controlling an opponent, with the ability to win a match by pin or submission.
