This membership is designed for anyone who wants to build strength while improving mobility, balance, and body awareness. It is ideal for beginners, women 40+, returning athletes, and anyone looking for intelligent, low intimidation group training.
What to expect
Strength + Flow classes blend resistance training, core stability, and intentional movement. Sessions are coach led, scalable for all levels, and focused on building long term strength, joint health, and confidence.
This is not martial arts training. No experience is required.
