  • Performance Training

    Performance Training focuses on building strength, mobility, and conditioning that translates across disciplines. These classes develop power, balance, and durability through structured strength work, athletic conditioning, and core-focused sessions. Designed for athletes of all levels, Performance Training supports both fight and surf training through consistent, coached sessions.

  • Fight Training

    Fight Training centers on the technical and physical demands of combat sports. Open Muay Thai Fundamentals classes build a strong foundation in striking, movement, and conditioning. Invite-only team training in Muay Thai and Catch Wrestling is reserved for athletes ready for higher-level instruction and commitment.

  • Personal Training (PT)

    Personal Training offers individualized coaching for athletes with specific goals or scheduling needs. Sessions include one-on-one or small group training, youth and parent sessions, and select one-off training by inquiry. Recovery add-ons are available.

  • Surf Training

    Surf Training develops balance, coordination, and flow through surf-specific movement and skill work. Surf-skate training uses boards to build footwork, posture, and dynamic control that translate directly to the water. Surf lessons focus on technique, awareness, and progression.
