These classes develop power, balance, and durability through structured strength work, athletic conditioning, and core-focused sessions. Designed for athletes of all levels, Performance Training supports both fight and surf training through consistent, coached sessions.

Fight Training
Fight Training centers on the technical and physical demands of combat sports. Open Muay Thai Fundamentals classes build a strong foundation in striking, movement, and conditioning. Invite-only team training in Muay Thai and Catch Wrestling is reserved for athletes ready for higher-level instruction and commitment.

Personal Training (PT)
Personal Training offers individualized coaching for athletes with specific goals or scheduling needs. Sessions include one-on-one or small group training, youth and parent sessions, and select one-off training by inquiry. Recovery add-ons are available.

Surf Training
Surf Training develops balance, coordination, and flow through surf-specific movement and skill work. Surf-skate training uses boards to build footwork, posture, and dynamic control that translate directly to the water. Surf lessons focus on technique, awareness, and progression.
